Choosing one of our high-tech ceramic rings insures that you are selecting a unique, very robust and cool piece of jewelry made from modern materials. If your ring for any reason should scratch, break or crack we will replace your ring for any reason – no questions asked, even when it is broken (or you just need a different size). All you have to pay is a deductible (as outlined below) plus shipping & handling. For a replacement request just contact our Customer Service department via email (return-requests and exchange-requests must be made by email) and you will receive a Return Authorization number and form for your item. Just fill out the form, send it back with the ring and we will sent you a new ring. That’s it. We want to make sure our customers are happy and enjoy their Gestalt® jewelry. Each customer is like Royalty to us!
